This little stubborn floof doesn't want a bath from momma!

Unfortunately, it's got no say in the matter! This mama cat knows what's best and she won't let you venture off into the world without that much needed bath.

Don't worry, little kitten, she does it because she loves you.

What a little lovebug! Meet Marilyn Monroe, the kitten with the cutest little hiss.

Marilyn sure does ask tough but the moment she gets that tummy rub, she turns into a pile mush and realizes just how much she loves love!

This handsome ginger cat is the purrfect papa to this tiny chick, who has decided to never leave the cat's side.

It doesn't seem like the cat minds too much, though... and we can safely say that neither do we.

Enjoy some parental love! Unlikely friendships are the best kind of friendships.

Meet Armani! This lovely lady is twenty-two years old leopard who is undeniably silly, playful, and very vocal.

She is in the lovely hands of Big Cat Rescue, an educational non-breeding, accredited, sanctuary and a registered non-profit organization.

If you ever wondered what a chatty leopard sounds like -- turn up the volume!

We can't help but hear a heavy chain smoker but we still love Armani regardless of what she sounds like!

Is there anything more beautiful than a mother's love? Probably not.

Even though these kittens are no longer kittens now, this video is just too heartwarming not to be resurfaced once more!

Moments of bliss for this loving mother who softly meows at her kittens, as a form of communication. Add that sound to the purring and you've got nothing but happiness!

Cats: unintelligible gurgling

Humans: ah yes, English

OK, maybe it's not exactly English, but we hear what we want to hear! And we want to believe that our furbabies are capable of communicating with us. But not too much, then things could get real creepy real quick.

Nathan and Winnie are both adventure cats who love going to the beach! In this video, they both go swimming for the first time together!

And you know what? They're better swimmers than us.

Watch the adorable lil panther duo swim side-by-side as they paddle through the shallow beach water.

Quite romantic, wouldn't you say?

Stop the presses. This might be the cutest thing you'll ever hear!

We are absolutely melting at the sound of Jeddah's squeaks while being pet!

In this video shot by Mandi Griffith, a care with Sydney Wildlife, we are introduced to Jeddah, a juvenile bat.

"This is Jeddah. He loves to be tickled, petted and scratched. Look at that blissful face. Jeddah is a Grey-Headed Flying-Fox. I usually clip my videos quite short when it's all one behaviour being shown, but this bliss went on and on and I just couldn't bring myself to deprive you of any of the lengthy joy. I particularly loved the yawny and sniffy bits about half way through. And I love the curl of the tongue as he yawns.

This bat was not releasable due to injuries.  He is in care with a vaccinated and licensed bat carer. This bat is not a pet.  He was a baby hand raised for release, and became an education animal. He is used to being handled.  He actively solicits attention and cuddles. There have been suggestions that this bat is terrified and the squeaks are not cute. This bat is in bliss and is able to get away from the carer at any time. He is choosing to be stroked. He solicits attention."

Did you catch the bat smiling? If not, look closely!

After losing her baby chicks, this mother hen has taken in seven little critters into her care: 5 ducklings and 2 Totenko Fowl chicks. This mama has her work cut out for her!

Protective and caring, this mother hen is turning out to be the best mother these other little critters could've ever hoped for!

Don't believe us? Watch how these chicken dotes on the ducklings and how the ducklings flock to her -- instead of their actual birth mother.

Maternal instinct comes to naturally this caring chicken.

Not that we can blame them! Did you see how cute that cub is!? If not, you need to re-watch it again. And again. And again.

This little lady of wildcat wandered into a factory one day and pretty much stole the heart of the entire factory staff! Just look at the way they look at her!

OK, we might be major piles of mushiness, as well! Just can't be helped.

This is a two-part episode that leaves on a cliff-hanger but don't worry too much! Here is part 2

Half-Asleep Chris makes a 'Keyboard of Meows,' filled with sounds from his beloved cat Ralph, who meows all... the... time.

With the heartbreaking loss of Half-Asleep Chris's other black cat, Tom, this beautiful video plays as a reminder to appreciate our cats while they're still with us.

So with that in mind, Half-Asleep Chris has created this keyboard and it will always serve as a beautiful memory of Ralphs' meows, yawns and purrs... even if it sounds like the stuff from nightmares.

BBC Earth has compiled an incredible short video featuring five separate species and their unique superpower.

In this video you've find out that dragonflies can see in slow-motion, or that a giant rat's sense of smell can actually detect tuberculosis!

How crazy is that?!

There's so much to learn, and BBC Earth does an excellent job on delivering animal facts!
