Week by week, twitter falls in love with another new animal. And another one. And one more. We can't blame them. Our love for animals is hard to compare to many other things - it's pure, it's fulfilling, and it's entirely unending. We want all animals to be happy, and we want to know all about them. 

Twitter is always a good place to go to to find all of your latest, most talked about animals. Whether wholesome, cute, or funny, twitter has it all. But since we know that it's practically impossible to keep up with twitter's insanely fast paced love for animals, we have taken it upon ourselves to bring you the absolute best that twitter has to offer, just as a tiny delicious treat for the start of your week.

Combine the magic of snow with the majesty of the tiger, and you get some of the most wholesome, chill pictures on the web. Because you know how chill these tigers must have been to sit there for so long and just let the snow cover them, turning themselves from stunning orange and black beauties to the most magical, majestic looking white tigers.

Wholesome interspecies animal friendships is one of everyone's favorite things, and today, tumblr is giving us a look into one of the cutest ones - cheetahs and doggos. It's a classic tumblr story, where one meme leads to an entire legendary thread that began with simple wholesome and adorable facts about how sweet cheetahs are and somehow turned into an appreciation post for cheetahs an puppies. 

It's a thread that gets better and better the more you read it, and it's so heartwarmingly good, we had to share it with you. May this bring as much joy into your day as it always does to ours and as much as these doggos bring to these cheetah cubs. 

All that you really knead for a good, fulfilling, cat-tastic day are some cats. So, if you're having a not-so-good day, you've come to the right place. We've gotchu covered. Really, it's all about staying paw-sitive, even when things are not going too well, making sure that you're doing everything that you can to make every day as purrfect as possible. One of our favorite things in the animal kingdom is the obvious, heartwarming love between mothers and their tiny little babies. And the bigger they are, the more adorable we find them. There's a tendency to think of big cats as dangerous and heartless, but we know better than that, we know that they are just as loving as any cat once you earn their trust and love. 

Cheetahs are no different. They are known to be one of the most affectionate big cats when it comes to their relationships with humans. But when it comes to their babies, their little cheetos, their love and adoration is clear as day, and it's so adorable and wholesome, it makes our hearts flutter. 

All cats love boxes, big and small, we know it, all cat owners know it. And yet, we still decide sometimes that we need to treat our cats, get them something fancy, something that they'll absolutely adore. So, we invest, and we buy the biggest, best cat jungle gym we can find, thinking that our kitties would love it like nothing else, only to then... have the kitties love the boxes the jungle gyms came in instead.

Ah, cats and their insanely weird fascination with boxes. It's true what they say though, gifts that are heavy with thought and good intentions are even better than expensive gifts sometimes. So, the best solution to the jungle gym box debacle is just... to make a jungle gym out of boxes. Not too expensive, strangely cool, costume design made especially for your cat, and there's basically a guarantee of your cat loving it!

Sometimes, we do something thinking that it's a wonderful idea. You know, like when you look at a stray cat and think to yourself that it looks sweet enough and that petting it won't hurt in any way. Instant regret. Well, these cats are experiencing the exact same thing, not having the bestest of all days. 

Window blinds may be fun to look at, sleep next to, and periodically check if they're good nail sharpeners, but they are definitely not meant to be used as a toy for climbing. That is not a good decision, you little hooligan, but you know what? Sometimes you have to learn that the hard way, just like all of these cats did. 

We know that dogs are some of the nicest, gentlest creatures, but there's always some worry about the reaction the family pet will have to the new baby. It's hard, we're worried about both the baby and the dog - don't want the baby to be hurt or scared and don't want the doggo to be getting jealous of the new human in the house who will be getting endless attention. 

There's no reason to worry though, not with dogs, because dogs are absolutely amazing. More often than not, dogs become best friends with the tiny new humans, and we get to watch them grow up together and be each other's best friends. And it might be one of the most wholesome things we ever get to see, our gorgeous little gentle giant doggos growing up with our little tiny human babies. 

Just as the week is ending, and you're looking for something to make the thought of the following week a little easier to digest, we are at the ready with some absolutely awwdorable pictures of dogs smiling. Time for a wholesomeness attack of jelly beans! But not just any kitty jelly beans, no, we're talking mid-stretch kitty toe beans. You know what we're talking about, you know the iconic, rare toe bean stretch. It's the final level in the evolution of the stretch - no stretch is cuter. 

Aww in delight at this wholesome floofers who don't have a single clue how cute they are, just being cats and doing regular cat things and somehow managing to be the most wholesome and adorable creatures ever. And all they're doing is stretching! They're not even trying, and we're over here melting! Cat-astrophe. We're all too weak for cats. 

Is there anything more wholesome than tini-tiny widdle animals? We don't think so. Whether it's tiny frogs, tiny crabs, tiny pigs, or any other tiny being, their little smol selves have a way of sneaking into our hearts like nothing else. 

We honestly hadn't realized how adorable and tiny pigs could be for a while, but once we saw a tiny piggy, that's it, game over, our hearts were stolen. We couldn't look away. It is a known fact that cats are graceful and elegant, swaying from side to side, keeping their back and tail held high. Confident and superior. Today, we have gathered here to prove that belief... right. 

What? You thought we were gonna say that we'll be disproving it? That pictures of cats "dancing", i.e. caught mid-jump, or caught mid-hunt, or mid-fall are silly and funny and ridiculous? They're tiny, they're cute, they have huge ears, but it's winter, so it's cold, and ears must stay warm. What's the solution? Hats of course. But oh no, bunny's ears don't always fit in the hat, so holes must be cut out of the hat, and doesn't that defeat the point? Yes, it does.  

No matter. Bunnies, ears outside or inside of hats, are wholesome and adorable and nothing but pure good. Maybe you wouldn't think that a simple headshake can be funny, but oh boy, we are about to prove you wrong. Cats just have a talent for being funny doing the simplest things, whether it's sneezing or shaking their head. That is on top of their normal cat shenanigans that make them insanely funny. 

After seeing these pictures, ridiculously enough, we all have decided that we're going try to catch pictures of our cats mid-shake as well. It'll be challenging, we know, the shake may be common, but it is brief and hard to capture. Still, we feel like we know our cats more than well enough to know when a shake is coming, and we are going to be right there - camera at the ready.
