There's a reason that all of us cat lovers also have a special place in our hearts for big cats, and it is that all big cats are basically regular cats... enlarged. They have the same faces - just bigger, they are just as silly - just bigger, and they have the same habits... just bigger. 

And so, their bleps are also... bigger. And though in this case, bigger is not necessarily better, it is definitely just as cute. Regular cat bleps are some of our favorite all time cat pictures, but they're, of course, not the only animals who can do the blep. Foxes are already strong blepping competition, and now, the big cats are officially entering the race too. You be the judge deciding who you think is the master of the blep. 

In their hearts, we know that all kittens feel like the fiercest, most powerful lions. When they yell at us for food, it's not just yelling, it's roaring for the servants to bring them their prey. When they fight a fly, it is actually them hunting for their next meal as they would in the wild as big cats.

And much as we don't like them having battles with our curtains, we do really love that they have these fierce instincts, and when we look at the real fierce big cats, we are reminded of our little kittens. All little kittens are our baby lions, and we love hearing all of them roar. Just not at three in the morning, please, I'm trying to sleep. 

Is there anything more ominous and spooky than a cat and a graveyard? We're not sure. All we know is that when we look at these pictures, we feel like the cats in them... know something. And seeing one in a graveyard ourselves definitely gives us the feeling of them possibly wanting to tell you something. 

Maybe they're able to sense the souls of the people there. Maybe they're coming to visit an old friend of theirs that they met in one of their previous nine lives. And maybe those moments when cats suddenly start staring at the wall, confusing us, are truly moments when they see ghosts. There's no way to know, but we wish we did know what's going on through these cats minds. 

This is a special super spooky treat for Halloween, and yeah, we got the heebie-jeebies from this true spookiness as well. So, if you need to balance out the spooks, here's some wholesome cats doing wholesome cat things. 

There are times when we look at a picture and get lost in it. It's just that we see so much in it it's hard to describe in simple words. Even 1000 of them. There are whole worlds in some pictures. It's exactly those pictures that we love the most, because they are incredibly inspiring. 

Every single week, we bring you a collection of pictures just like that in the hopes that they will inspire you too. Each one of these pictures is unique and special in its own way, either because of the animals in it or because of the incredible/wholesome/hilarious/100% magical circumstances that we just know had to come about for such a picture to be taken. We know that summer is technically over. But it is never over in our hearts, and we miss hanging out at the beach so so much. So, we decided that we wanna feel the sun on our skin and the wind in our hair through some wholesome pictures of animals absolutely loving the beach. 

It's not just the animals you expect enjoying the beach either. It's cats and kangaroos and elephants. Everyone loves the beach, and we love all of these animals. These pics are for anyone looking for some summery feels, and we hope they bring you at least a hint of the joy they brought us. And if summer is not your thing, here are some cats enjoying autumn. 

Lennon and Ringo, two rescued kittens, have become inseparable best friends. 

The ginger kitten, Lennon, who is now about six weeks old, was found on the day that would have been The Beatles star's 80th birthday, as reported by Express & Star. He was named Lennon by a Beatles fan who also happens to be an RSPCA inspector. The location where he was discovered was also John Lennon Drive in Liverpool, so the name really seems quite perfect. 

After a while of being cared for in the RSPCA Wirral and Chester branch, Lennon found a best friend in a newly rescued tiny little black and white, now three weeks old, kitten. The two of them got so close, purring and enjoying spending their time together, that the staff decided to name the black and white kitten Ringo Starr. 

"Ringo has been hand-reared by staff since he was rejected by his mother at birth," but luckily, he found a new friend in Lennon who he treats like he's part of the family, adorably finding an older brother figure in him. Kay Hawthorne, the branch manager, said: "We introduced [Ringo] to Lennon when he arrived as we were helping feed them both and the pair just hit it off. Lennon is like an older brother and loves looking after Ringo. They play together and cuddle up together. They get on so well, it is really sweet."

"We just couldn't resist naming the youngest Ringo when we could see he was getting on well with Lennon," she added. "They both seem to be doing so well and are certainly getting by with a little help from their friends at the branch." These two little ones will hopefully be adopted together once they are able to leave the center, and we are keeping our fingers crossed for them to find the most incredible forever home in which they will never be let down.

They may be slow, but oh my god, they are so quick to get right into our hearts and stay there. Sloths are just such unique and interesting creatures. Being so slow in nature has to have its downsides, but sloths persevere, surviving, not going anywhere (mostly literally), making tiny little baby sloths to continue their slow-building legacy.

They're the best creatures to remind you that it's okay to sometimes take a break and rest, that even if you're not the fastest, that doesn't mean that you're not strong (and totally adorable. We love sloths. Who doesn't love sloths. And today, were appreciating their tiny legacies together. 

Every cat owners knows that the second the laundry comes out, the cat comes out too. Really, it's enough to look away for one second, and once you turn around, your cat is already sitting on the fresh laundry, leaving their lovely lovely fur all over the place. 

Maybe it's because sometimes the laundry is warm, maybe it's because they just wanna spread their scent everywhere, and maybe it's because their tiny little scoundrels who just wanna sit where they aren't supposed to sit. Regardless, they sure do have the strangest fascination with laundry, and much as cat hair on our clothes can be frustrating, seeing them in the laundry pile still kinda makes us laugh. So, enjoy these silly little creatures and their love for laundry, but don't get distracted if you just took your laundry out! Oh, well, too late, kitty is already in there. 

Cats are mischievous little creatures. They get it from their relatives - the big cats. The instinct to hunt and stalk and act like a big scary kittens is strong. They forget sometimes though, that they are not big cats and they are not in the wild, they're tiny little fluffy creatures of love. 

And yet! Sometimes, we catch our favorite little loving felines staring at us from behind a corner, and we wonder... are they plotting against us? The answer is obviously yes. Pfft, what else would they be doing? They are the masters in the house, and they're thinking up ways of disciplining their disciples. Doesn't matter that they're fluffy and adorable and that they totally love belly rubs, sometimes they have to plot, and that makes for some hilarious pictures. 

These big-eared bunnies and rabbits are truly the best listeners ever. They are always ALL ears. And really, they don't talk back to you (because they're rabbits and bunnies), so they kinda always have to listen. Regardless, they and their ears are absolutely adorable - fluffy and big and floppy. 

We love animals with big ears, there's something so special about them. Cats with big ears, puppers with big ears, bunnies and rabbits - we love them all. They're all just so earresistibly cute, and we want nothing more than to rub behind their big, huge ears and make them the happipest big-eared animals on the planet.

Everyone needs some love sometimes - people, animals - we all want love and affection. And sometimes, nature goes out of its way to give us some of that love we so desperately need. This time, nature has done it through one of our favorite animals - cows. 

Personally, we think not enough people appreciate how wholesome and amoosing cows can be, so we decided to take it upon ourselves and show you. We've seen cats who were blessed with hearts on their fur, and now we give you pictures of cows with hearts on their fur to appreciate as well. They're just so udderly adorable, and they need love just as much as everyone else.

Fluffy white cats are actually ghosts, did you know that? They're so white, it's enough for them to stand in front of a wall, and we will not see them at all anymore. They're perfect for Halloween time, dressed and ready any time and all the time. They're stunningly beautiful, these snow white kitties, and looking at them, all we want is to press our noses into their fluffy white bellies. 

But they're scary too! Of course! Don't forget! They're ghosts, ooOOoh, so scary. They're almost as scary as adorable black cats who are also ready for Halloween all the time. Really, we just want to appreciate as many cats as possible of as many colors as possible. It's just... cats. Cats are our ultimate weakness. And terrifying ooOOoh ghost cats are some of the absolute best. 

We can't help but be protective of animals. We love them too much. They're just so tiny and squishy and pet-able, even the big ones. So, when this Japanese trend of making adorable animals into edible rice creations, we were a little confused. Because... how are we supposed to eat something so incredibly adorable? 

We can't help but admire the creativity though. Even if we probably couldn't eat it ourselves, these animal rice creations are so insanely cute and adorable that we just had to share them with you guys. We promise the closest thing we do to eating cuties like these is kissing our cats and dogs on their foreheads. 

Kittens, kittens, and more kittens. Cuteness and cuteness and more cuteness. An absolute puurfection overload. So be prepared. 

Cats are arguably the most adorable animals out there, okay? No need to bicker about it, anyone who ever cuddled with a cat will agree with it. But kittens - tiny baby animals are a whole other level of cuteness. So, kittens take first place on the cuteness scale. Okay. But what beats that? You guessed it - many kittens, purrfect little kitten litters. Kittens being a total mess, all over each other - tiny clusters of wholesomeness.

Dogs are a person's best friends, and we're theirs. But what happens when you aren't home and they get a little lonely? Well, you must get them a stuffed animal buddy. And not just for your dogs. All animals could use an extra tiny soft friend to cuddle with and care for, even hedgehogs and owls.

And to make them feel more familiar, get them a stuffed animal that looks just like them. Perhaps there will be some confusion at first, but they'll become best friends quickly. And for us, their doppelganger love will make for the most wholesome and adorable picture moments, just like the ones you're about to see right now. 

People may say that cats are stoic and show no emotion, but we, cat owners, know the truth. Cats are some of the funniest creatures to ever exist. They're silly, they're playful, they run into walls in the middle of the night, and when they love someone, they bonk heads with them. What more could you ask for. 

Saying that doesn't make people any less skeptical though, so we must prove it to them.
