Black cats - the most underappreciated and misunderstood little fluffballs of joy. We know better than to fall for the stereotypes though. Black cats are as amazing, cute, adorable, joyful and purrfect as any other cat, and of course, just as worthy of love as any other cat. 

We try to give love to as many animals as possible here, and black cats sure do deserve some extra appreciation every once in a while. And what better way to appreciate these beauties and showcase how silly and adorable they can be than some bleps? Specifically, adorable tiny bleps of darkness that it's impossible not to love.

"What are cat sports?" you may be asking. Well, you've come to the right place! Cat sports are various different sports cats take part in. There are the obvious sports such as red-dot chasing or chasing after birds, late-night zoom-zooms, and the not-so-obvious-but-totally-rock sports like glorious naptimes, eating marathons, etc. 

Cats have many sports in which they partake in! You just may have not noticed. After these illustrations of the various cat sports, cats often enjoy, you'll have a better sense of understanding your cat and just how busy their lives truly are! 

In collaboration with popular Israeli artist, Ilana Zeffren, we dig deep into the many cat sports out there and gain a deeper understanding of how much more our cat does for their fitness than any of us managed to accomplish recently.

We would like to preface this by saying that we love cats. Also, cats are weirdos. Actually, them being weirdos is part of why we love them so much. The way that they sometimes find the most random spot to sleep or weirdest way to position their leg over their head or toss our very precious breakable items off our shelves... it's purrfect. 

Thanks to the subreddit r/WhatsWrongWithYourCat, we always have an endless supply of cat weirdness and shenanigans to love and admire. It's full of the weirdest cat moments you will ever find, and each one of them is far more precious than that figurine that your cat broke two weeks ago. So, let's give these loveable weirdos some love. 

Take a deep breath and look at these beautiful furry faces. Looking at photos of beautiful cats should provide you with some inner peace while you meditate on the New Year and all the things you want to accomplish this year. 

However, before you get too deep into that, take a moment to reflect and enjoy life by simply looking at photos of cats. It has been said in the past that that petting a cat helps relieve anxiety. However, not everyone has a cat that allows that relief so that's why we're posting fifty images of cats. We believe that looking at photos of cats is just as calming as petting one. So, please take a moment to let go of any negative feelings and simply enjoy this collection of cat pics.

Here's a story out of 2020 that no one predicted: a cat named Billy became a postman. 

Twitter user @zacharyking, in a thread that went viral, shared the story of how his girlfriend began corresponding with one of her neighbors through little letters attached to Billy's collar. It all started with Billy showing up one day with a little note attached to his collar, in which the neighbors that Billy apparently kept visiting said hello. Not thinking much of it, the girlfriend attached a letter to Billy's collar, replying to them, and lo and behold, the cat comes back holding another letter. 

The rest is history. The neighbors became friends, recipes were shared, Billy got an official postman collar - then lost it and got another one - and we are all endlessly impressed by this cat's work ethic. Read their adorable story and smile at one of the most innocently wholesome stories of the past year.

Sometimes we just need to look at pictures of cats without there being a reason or any context behind the images. Looks at images of cats is peaceful, and some images are just hilarious. And those hilarious image seem to be made even more hilarious without the context behind them. 

That way, we can create our own scenario for each image and it uses a bit of that thing you haven't used in awhile... what's it called again? Oh, right, imagination.

All cats are beautiful - big, small, wild or tame. And Bengal cats are of course no different. You have to admit though, that their little wild cat spots and their quirky house panther purrsonality make them incredibly unique, and we, cat lovers, love showing some love to the unique kitties among us that don't get enough of it.

So, it's time for some unique cat appreciation. The star of today's list is one especially underappreciated kitty - the Charcoal Bengal kitty. They are unique, gorgeous, as feisty as any other Bengal, and we don't see them being given love nearly as much as they deserve it. 

We all know that taking care of baby animals is a lot of work; helping them get used to their environment and the people around them. But taking care of baby wild animals is even more challenging, and imgur user hereyougobacon71, who's helped rehabilitate animals previously, shows us exactly why that is. 

Working to rehabilitate a baby bobcat turned out to be quite a challenge - with the kitty showing off its fierceness with biting and playing and... climbing and claiming the washing machine and... climbing into hereyougobacon71's pants. Yeah, it's not what hereyougobacon71 expected either, which only makes it more entertaining. 

The cub will, of course, be released into the wild after its rehabilitation, but for now, we are really enjoying watching it grow up to be the fiercest of all kittens. 

Welcome to the very first day of this new year! You have officially survived 2020. Not only that, but you have found yourself in the purrfect place to start the new year - the best cat tweets of the week. Because really, is there any better way to start a new year than with cat tweets? We don't think so. And after checking out this week's tweets, you won't think so either. 

Cats are our everything. They've been with us through the difficulties of 2020 and will continue to be with us through 2021. So, being as thankful as we are to them, every single week, we celebrate our kitties by collecting the best tweets about them. And we promise we will continue to do so. 

The end of 2020 is upon us! We made it through this mess of a year somehow, and we like to think cats played a large part in that. Throughout 2020, the one comfort many folks had were their beloved pets and we oughta thank them for their endless love and unselfishness.

China has been making headlines for her thief-like abilities as her owner records the "gifts" China returns home with on the popular video platform TikTok. The gifts range from socks to a firework, and no, we are not joking. The videos, naturally, have since gone viral. Who wouldn't love a cat burglar, after all? China's owner decided to place video cameras around so catch China in the act, and the videos below hold just about everything you need/want to see.
