Meet Hercule Van Wolfwinkle, the acclaimed pet portrait artist, who has come up with a creative and fun way to help raise money for the charity Turning Tides Ending Local Homelessness, a homelessness charity local to Hercule. The charity is described in the fundraising site as, " local charity that believe everyone has the right to a home, regardless of the difficulties and issues they may face in their lives. They believe in showing those who need their help, that the wider community are there to support them too!"

The acclaimed artist seems to be in demand, the fundraising project already 577% more than the target. And with the donations comes the beautiful, and highly realistic pet portraits. Also explained within the fundraising project, Hercule has two styles when it comes to his masterpiece creations, "one super realistic full colour which is just like looking at a photograph or alternatively the more contemporary black and white portrait that will grace any home."

The talented and creative Kat Swenski is the artist behind KatRaccoon Comics. KatRaccoon Comics is about a new format of comics, a comic/gif hybrid way of telling a story. Have you ever come across a gif and had no idea what was happening? As if you needed some context behind that gif to help the overall story?

Well, there's an entire community on Reddit, r/behindthegifs, filled with artists whose duty is to bring context to those context-less gifs and complete the mystery.

This year has been many things but we like to focus on the good. And the good is that there's a bunch of new 'They Can Talk' Comics by the hilarious and talented Jimmy Craig! 

It's no secret that Jimmy's comics are one of our all-time favs, they're just so clever, creative, and actually make us feel like if animals were to talk, this is pretty much what they would be saying.

Ben Hed, commonly known as Pet_Foolery, has done it again! Besides his famous 'Pixie and Brutus' comics, he also creates any animal-related comics, and seems to really enjoy including dinosaurs into that animal-mix! 

And what's a better dinosaur film than Jurassic Park? If you have yet to see Jurassic Park (for some unknown and truly confusing reason), you may not understand just how "clever" this comic truly is. If you have seen the film, then you'll get it without question or a doubt.

Chinese artist, Mai Mai, has perfectly summed up what life is like after you get a pet and the little day-to-day things that will change because of it/

Photos of landscapes and selfies will be replaced with nothing but your pets. Maybe a few selfies with said pets. Have clean clothes? Not anymore. Pet hair gets everywhere, and it gets everywhere fast. Extra money? Will go to taking care of your pet because they come first. 

It may sound unpleasant but it's honestly the best. And all pet owners can attest to that. There is nothing compared to having a best friend by side, always loving you. Truly, it's unmeasurable.

Malaysian Artist, Chong, is a master at drawing adorable animals, and the lastest artwork of this imaginary fox as a real-life pet has fans obsessed! I mean, wouldn't want a fox as a pet? Especially one that resembles a Pokemon! 

We're obsessed and can't help but fall in love with this fox, and we have a sneaking suspicion you will be too.

Seems like more proof that the internet was made for cats and cat content. This artist is able to really capture the emotions being each viral image and portray it in a fun, colorful way.

Meet the talented Em Paquin, an animation student who desperately wanted a cat. We came across some of her lovely re-created digital paintings of popular cat images online and reached out to ask her to explain the meaning behind this project and the goal of painting 100 cats. 

Em explains that the project was originally titled, "Day __ of drawing cats until my parents let me adopt one." Em continues to reveal her longing for a cat of her own, "I wanted so desperately to adopt a cat, and being home for quarantine was the perfect time to introduce a new furball to the family. The only thing in my way was my parents who I've been living with, now that my college courses are online."

"These daily illustrations were a subtle way of voicing my wish to adopt a cat."

On day 21 of the project, Em brought home a new kitten named Beanie. However, Em realized how much she enjoyed drawing cats and wanted to push herself but taking it further, thus setting the goal of drawing 100 cats!

So, what will Em do the moment that goal is reached? Seeing as how she's already on Day 68, the 100th drawing isn't too far away. 

"After that goal is reached, they will probably continue, maybe for a year, or maybe I won't ever stop."

AnonyMouse is an anonymous group of Swedish artists who are known for their street installations. Their street installations being adorable and really detailed mouse houses/establishments, in unexpected locations. 

They have created some really beautiful and whimsical work. Most recently, a tiny mouse-sized record shop filled with mouse-related vinyl. You can see the creativity that's gone into creating such a piece, like a vinyl titled, "Amy Winemouse / Back to Brie."
