This monster was spotted lazily strolling around at the Buffalo Creek Golf Course in Palmetto, Florida. A pro shop worker for the golf course, Wendy Schofield, told 3 News that he's been there for a while. She said, "He doesn't bother anybody and they don't bother him, he's like a mascot for the course, which is owned by Manatee County."

So it's fine that basically a dinosaur is roaming around the golf course. Let's just hope that someone doesn't get eaten trying to take a selfie with him now that his existence has gone viral.

The state of Florida requires two and a half acres of land for alligators who are at least six feet long. Rambo recently hit the six foot mark and now the state is trying to take him away from his owner of eleven years. Luckily, she's fighting back. Mary Thorn considers Rambo to be a family member. He wears clothes and has his own room. He even visits local schools to teach kids about reptiles. Mary is hoping to get him registered as a therapy animal as soon as possible. Good luck, Mary!

The Florida man who took this picture told WFTV News that the raccoon was startled and jumped on the back on the alligator to get away. It was apparently a very short ride, we can only assume because the raccoon realized he didn't have the cash to pay the fare.
