A place like Palau's Jellyfish Lake is a reminded of how wondrous the world can be. Swimming with literally millions of jellyfish was absolutely surreal -- a reminder that there will always be surprises out there!

Stroke two, three four. Swimming. I got it, now put me back in the pond.

A family in Adelaide, Australia recently woke up to this guy taking a dip in their pool with the dogs.

After its leisurely swim, they helped the kangaroo out using a broom.

It then chilled out on their patio for a bit before hopping off, because – hey – it's like 80 degrees there right now.

Spotted by birder Steve Spitzer, the owl appeared to be 'swimming' in Lake Michigan. Another birder at Loyola Park Beach in Chicago says he saw the Great Horned Owl get apparently forced down into the great lake by two Peregrine Falcons.

Spitzer captured video and photos of the owl, but he didn't catch any of the falcon attack, as he and others at the beach were busy trying to scare the falcons away. Spitzer said bird rescue was called to the scene, but the owl flew away.

For at least a half hour before swimming.
