Wherever you may stand when it comes to the current results of this incredibly tense election, we think most of us can probably agree that doggos in the white house (or any house, because doggos) is a woofin' good thing. Because we all love doggos, and all doggos are good bois and girls no matter who they belong to. Rescue dogs are somehow even more heartwarming than that.
Over the last few days, twitter has shown us just how much they love rescue dogs as well. An endless number of tweets have gone viral, congratulating Major and Champ Biden for their to be position as First Canines! Major, by the way, is a recue doggo - the first ever rescue dog to be in the white house, and he has gotten a special congratulations from twitter for that.
So, all politics aside, doggos, and especially rescue doggos, are worthy of celebration. They even have their own twitter account now. These two puppers have slipped into the heart of every single person we know, and maybe they'll slip into your heart too.
