Spooky Halloween-Inspired Pies Featuring Animals And Monsters

These are some absolutely gorgeous spooky pies! Some aren't so spooky as they are incredible and we just wanted to share them with you.

The creator behind these magnificent pies is a pie-oneer herself - Jessica Leigh Clark-Boji. A woman who believes pies are awesome and is on a mission to show the world that "not only can pies go head-to-head against the poshest wedding cakes and fancy-pants desserts on the most discerning buffet tables of the world, but that they can be fun and easy to pull off too!"

@Thepieous is a pie-filled Instagram page that's filled with inspiration and incredible art. If you're feeling just as inspired as we are, you can follow Jessica's tutorials on her site, Pies Are Awesome, or following her YouTube channel

A sleeping cat is a perhaps the most perfect thing in the world. But how do you improve on it? How do you make a sleeping cat even cuter?

You don’t change the cat, you change the bed.

Ariel Dumas, a writer for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, took her cat bed to the next level with four tools: a sewing kit, a marker, and two pingpong balls. The result: A monstrous cat bed that’s the perfect domicile for her feline friends.

Now when it’s time for bed, her cats jump into the mouth of a monster, much like Jonah in the belly of a whale. Will the story of this cat and her monster cat bed be added to the Bible in a thousand years? Let’s just go with a cautiously optimistic probably. While we wait for that, enjoy the greatest tweets ever tweeted.
