The story of this lovely emu is painfully wholesome. Her owner had passed away, and she was left alone. Happily though, she was taken in as urgently as possible into the amazing Blind Spot Animal Sanctuary and found a new home and a new love right there - in her new human dad.

Assimilating wasn't easy, of course, so the caretakers at the shelter thought to introduce her to a male emu who would have hopefully been her best friend. They did everything to find this companion for her. Yet, despite finding him, her eyes were only on her human, following him everywhere, running after him when he leaves, and pretty much doing everything with him. And, not gonna lie, it's as much adorable as it is wholesomely silly

"We absolutely adore her," says the narrator in the video, and all we can say in return is: so do we.

The Gentle Barn is an animal sanctuary in California that is currently closed to human visitors due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In order to allow their lonely animals some companion and fun, the farm invited five adorable puppies from a nearby pet shelter for a day of playtime, just before they go to their forever homes.

Too cute to handle.

Mohan, who is one of three Red Panda Cubs born at Symbio Wildlife Park, has created a frenzy of cuteness across the internet as footage of him losing it over belly tickles and being affectionate with Zoo Keeper Beth Sticker was released onto the Zoos Facebook Page. Mohan is not only off the scale adorable, but actually plays an integral part in the long term survival of the species. He along with his siblings play an important role in the over-arching captive management breeding program that Symbio is part of, and he will one day too have a family of his own. With there believed to be less than 2,500 Red Pandas left in the wild, namely due to habitat loss and poaching, you have to say their future is definitely in some mighty cute hands, or paws.
