Kittisaurus is celebrating reaching 2 million subscribers by throwing a massive catnip party for her cats! And when we say massive....we mean it.

Approximately, $1000 dollars worth of catnip. Wowza.

It's hard to resist such a fine collection of some greenery. But one cat was able to resist, and could food over the catnip. And we are truly inspired by her actions.

Congrats on reaching 2 million subscribers, Kittisaurus!

Pictures of Mountain Goats Defying Gravity

Mountain goats, or cliff-climbing goats, are actually not real goats! They are part of the antelope family.

Goat-antelopes.

They have mastered the art of climbing near-vertical slopes all in order to protect themselves from both animal and human predators.

They are said to be an animal of high intelligence and quite alien-y..., due to their out-of-this-world defying gravity skills.

It's scientifically called a "siphonophore Apolemia" but everyone is calling it the world's longest "long stringy stingy thingy."

Which, honestly, is way more catchy.

International ocean researchers may have just discovered the longest living... thing... in the known world. Captured in a haunting video and explained upon in a Twitter thread by biologist Rebecca Helm, who specializes in studying jellyfish at the University of North Carolina Asheville.

The Legend Of Domino The Cat, By The Oatmeal (Comic)

This is one emotional rollercoaster of a comic strip. But we wouldn't expect anything less from The Oatmeal

You may recall some of their other hilarious comics, 'Having a Baby vs Having a Cat,'  or 'How to Walk a Human Being (a Guide for Dogs).'

Both instant classics.

Domino, on the other hand, is more of a legend. A cat who is unique, with a derpy face and constantly drooling -- the story of Domino will be told from generation to generation.

Bear with us here as we gather all the details on this terrifying and crazy story.

In Fresno, California, Taylor Hawkins was on her way to the gorgeous National Park of Sequoia and Kings Canyon, when an unexpected guest decided to hitch a ride right in front of her...

A bear. A bear causally walked up to the car in front of hers, looked at the trunk and the climbed onto the car. Taylor Hawkins was about to capture the outrageous moment on video.

Just seconds after the bear climbed onto the car, it seemed to get spooked and immediately jumps down and takes off. However, it didn't go too far. The bear stopped just near the edge of the road and looked back at the car it was previously on top of for a few seconds.

There's nothing as wild as wild life itself, huh? Thankfully, no one was injured during this attempted hitchhike and now it's just a great story to tell.

There Was A Black Panther Roaming Around Rooftops In France

There's a small French town called Armentieres that were in for quite a surprise this week. Why? A BLACK PANTHER was spotted on residential rooftops!

One resident was able to capture pictures of the panther right outside his balcony window and uploaded it to Twitter.

The Twitter user, Anton Bundle, posted the photo that shows the wildcat casually strolling by as if not a solitary care in the world.

It wasn't long until the authorities got involved, firefighters and police set up cordons to help keep people safely away from the panther as they thought of a plan to capture the panther safely.

A security source spoke to The Sun, describing the panther as "calm and well domesticated."

"It took two hours to get her in a position where she could be trapped, and then a vet used a gun to fire a hypodermic tranquilizer at the animal as it tried to climb into a window."

The security source continued, "She was taken to an animal refuge center and is in good shape. Her owner is known to police but has gone on the run."

Turns out, as if it were a surprise to anyone, that the wild animal didn't have any registration documents, meaning that she was more than likely a "black market animal" who had been trafficked to France illegally.

Thankfully, the panther is now being held safely at the Protestant League of Lille (LPA) and spend the night in a blacked-out cage, which is known to reduce stress in wild animals.

An LPA spokesman said the panther is "quite young" and "like Labrador."

The LPA has already contacted a nearby zoo in the hopes the panther can find a new home.

Yikes! One couple in Tuolumne County, California, had quite a wild day! Edward and wife Kathy Sudduth were watching TV when they heard a loud bang from within their home. The couple believe the home invader was after their neighbor's cat, who found shelter but the more dangerous cat was still there -- in their living room.

According to FOX40, The mountain lion actually ran into Kathy, and it took her a moment to realize what had just happened.

"We thought it was a dog," Kathy told FOX40.

"His tail was pretty close to me so I just 'thwipped' it a little bit like that," Edward added.

The noise and touch the couples made sent the invader running into the bathroom, where it locked itself inside!

Edward and Kathy barricaded themselves in a room and immediately dialed 911 for some assistance.

The Department of Fish and Wildlife and Tuolumne County (DFW) sheriff's deputies came to help out.

And with permission from the Sudduth's, the deputies broke the bathroom window and watched as the mountain lion leaped out.

And while this is definitely quite the experience for the Sudduth's, they would prefer to keep it a memory. Edward jokes, "Won't leave the door open anymore."

Teens Watching Late-Night TV Heard Fridge Beep Only To Find Out It Was A Bear Stealing Taco Meat

This is crazy! Can you imagine, you're in the living room watching some late-night TV and all of a sudden you hear the fridge open and beep in the kitchen. You think, maybe one of your parents got up for a midnight snack? Seems logical, right? You would never think in a 100 years that the person in the kitchen, who opened the fridge, wasn't a person at all.

It was a bear. A black bear.

That's what happened to these two teens from Truckee, California around 12:30 a.m. this past Saturday. 15-year-old Hayes Sherman told CNN, "I heard footsteps, and then I heard Tupperware being opened really loudly and aggressively. The fridge started to beep because it was open too long." Sherman continued, "I was really scared. I wasn't exactly sure of what to do. I was watching TV with my friend, and I turned the TV off. We both went to the sliding door to hold it in place so that the bear couldn't get in."

A Nest camera in the living room happened to capture the bizarre scenario. In the video below, you can see the black bear stand on its hind legs, sniff around and dig through the fridge. The bear broke the Tupperware to devour some taco meat, and it is said that the bear's late-night snack also included two pints of Ben and Jerry's ice cream (Half Baked and The Tonight Dough flavors), and some crackers.

This bear has some good taste in late-night snacks!

Sherman's mother was sleeping upstairs, completely unaware of the drama that was unfolding downstairs. Soon enough, the bear bumped into the door where the teens were hiding out and tried to open it multiple times. Sherman and his friend held it shut and realized they didn't have their phones with them. While Sherman's friend held onto the shaking door, Sherman used his Apple watch to call his mother.

"I whispered to her, 'Mom, there is a bear in the house. Don't come downstairs,'" Sherman then called 911 as his mother called a security guard.

"It was very difficult, because I was whispering to 911 on my watch in a very dark room while trying to hold the door closed so the bear couldn't get in," said Sherman.

The police arrived in 13 minutes but it felt like an hour to Sherman.

His mom, Susan Mohun, said she fought every urge to race down the stairs.

"That is the worst-case scenario as a parent to have a bear between you and your children. I am glad that I didn't run downstairs, because that probably would have just agitated the bear," Mohun said.

Placer County Sheriff's Deputy, Allyson Prero, opened the door, got out of the way and let the bear leave the house, according to the sheriff's office. "We came out, and we went to hug her, and we took a photo with her because we were just so grateful that she came to save us," Sherman said.

Thank You Florida, Now For Something Completely Different: An Alligator in Yoga Pants

You almost wish this headline was just click-bait. But unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you see it), this actually happened. A routine traffic stop turned bizarre is this week's Florida headline. A couple was pulled over in May after running a stop sign, and deputies asked them what they had been doing, and they responded searching for frogs and snakes to collect. The deputies asked them if they had any other creatures in the truck, and that is when things took a turn for the weird. The woman had over 40 turtles in a Ninja Turtles backpack, which was definitely an eye-opener. But that is not what shocked the officers.

The woman in the truck, Ariel Le Quire, after being asked if she had anything else, promptly pulled a foot-long alligator from the yoga pants she was wearing, and placed it in the bed of the pickup truck. The pair were cited and a judge found little humor in her stunt. sentencing Le Quire to 6 months probation, 200 hours of community service, and required her to pay $500 to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. This was all for charges of possessing an American Alligator, transporting more than one turtle or turtle egg, one count of possessing a soft-shell turtle, and one count of possessing more than one turtle, per day.

The woman was also homeless at the time, so it is uncertain how the court expects her to pay the fine. But internet ridicule is sometimes a better teacher than any monetary penance could be.
