Craft Brewery Puts Rescue Pups In Need Of Homes On Their Can Labels

This is such an awesome idea! 

The Fargo Brewing Company, in Fargo, North Dakota, has teamed up with a rescue organization, '4 Luv of Dog Rescue,' to help find homes for dogs who aren't always the first to be adopted. 

Fargo Brewery is putting the rescue pups adorable mugs right there on their label, in hopes people will adopt them. 

However, Fargo Brewery and 4 Luv of Dog Rescue aren't the only ones helping out -- Northern Plains Label, a company creating the new labels for Fargo Brewery, is providing the labels for free. 

The idea behind this whole idea came from 4 Luv of Dog Rescue volunteer, Jerad Ryan. According to Ryan, Fargo Brewing isn't just donating their cans for the effort – it's also donating the profits.

Ryan says the response from their tight-knit community has been "amazing and heartwarming."

This New 'Grown-Ass Adult' Dog Adoption Campaign Is Straight Fire

It's easy to convince people to adopt a puppy, like adopting people, people mostly want babies. However, puppies are the first to go at the shelters and rescues, and the poor adult and senior dogs are left there. And those dogs have just as much love inside. 

Animal Protective Association of Missouri (APA) had just come out with a recent, and brilliant, ad campaign. The posters and the hashtags #grownassadult and #adoptadult is educating people about the many advantages of adopting grown-up dogs! 

And there are so many advantages! If you're thinking about adopting a dog, we hope this campaign sticks with you and you consider adopting an adult.

This Crowdfunding Campaign Raises Money To Provide Veterinary Services For Dogs Of Homeless People

MyStetho, the Swiss-based online veterinary service founded in 2019, has recently announced the launch of its crowdfunding campaign for the dogs of homeless people in Geneva. This initiative is focused on providing these pets with access to vaccines and consultations for sick and injured dogs. The campaign will pay for pet owners in need to access online veterinary advice, medicine, medical equipment, and dog food to ensure these animals have a better quality of life. Big like from us!

French Artists Launch an Awareness Campaign To Prevent The Abandonment Of Pets

Each year in France more than 100,000 pets become homeless in summer when their owners are going on holidays. Instead of taking their pets with them, they heartlessly leave them on the streets. Some of those pets end up being euthanized while others die of starvation. The so-called 'animal-lovers' don't even bother handing over their pets to proper shelters, they basically just leave them to die. In order to raise public awareness of this horrible phenomenon, few French activists decided to launch a unique campaign. One of the most effective projects under this campaign is "Summer Adventures" by French artist, Nicolas Amiard. He chose to illustrate comic characters from famous films and TV shows in a way that makes us all feel the pain of pets abandonment.

The New "Ending Cat Nudity" Campaign Is Something Every Cat Owner Should See

The creators of a card game called Exploding Kittens have recently collaborated with Matthew Inman of The Oatmealto promote an important message – ending cat nudity. In order to do so , they have created a series of colorful illustrations, portraying indoor cats as "convicts" dressed in orange collars, and started a viral #KittyConvict campaign on social media. They encourage cat owners to mark their pets in bright orange collars and want more people to report lost pets when they see them outdoors. A big orange like from us.

You Can Now Adopt a Dog Based On Your Share Love Of Music

Dogs love music. They even have their very own preferences of music. Just like we do. So why not connect people and dogs with the same taste in music? That's exactly what Spotify and an animal shelter in Germany did.   

They have teamed up to launch 'Adoptify,' featuring music for dogs. The Adoptify website makes it possible for prospective pet owners to have themselves matched to an adoptable animal based on their shared love of music. While one dog is said to love hip-hop, the other might prefers rock. After finding a dog with similar musical interests, one may watch a video about the dog, read more information about them and hopefully, provide a loving home for their new friend. Paper Penguins Have Sprung All Over The World To Promote The Protection Of Antarctica

For the past few days, dozens of penguin-shaped paper sculptures have popped up all over the world, to raise public awareness about the protection of Antarctica, threatened by global warming and industrial fishing. These paper sculptures were designed by the German artist Wolfram Kampffmeyer as part of the latest campaign by Greenpeace, entitled "March of the Penguins". The SPCA in Singapore has implemented a new campaign called 'Adapt-a-meme' which utilizes the popular meme and gifs culture to help find homes for their adoptable pets. The campaign intends to encourage people to adopt furry friends in need, as appose to buying them. 

The campaign created a series of cool animated GIF memes featuring real adoptable shelter animals. Each meme was created based on each animal individual personality. How cool is that?
