Bengal Cats Appreciation Pics And Vids (Mini Compilation)

Let's see those Bengal fur babies! While it's no secret that we adore all cats, every so often we like to celebrate a certain breed and dedicate a whole gallery to that breed. We've dedicated galleries to tuxedo cats, calico cats, siamese, and more. This time, the Bengal cat is our star and we're all here to admire their shine and beauty!

Do you know how we always say black cats are house panthers? Well, Bengal cats are house leopard. Seriously, they are domestic cats with the coat of a wild cat. And they were bred to be that way. And just like leopards, they have an insane amount of energy, which results in them needed a lot of exercise and play.

Bengal cats are everywhere these days, and we can't help but paws and admire their obvious beauty. Here is a collection of pics, memes, and some vids to help us honor them! If you have a Bengal, share a pic in the comments below!

Pictures Of Russian Blue Cats And Nothing More

Russian blues are a particularly striking cat breed! With a silky coat of bluish-silver and bright green eyes, you can't help but be enchanted by them.

Oh, also, their personalities are heckin' adorable. They are known to be so incredibly playful, sweet, and cuddly. Russian Blues are known to be affectionate but not overly clingy. According to Hills Pet, "It's said that Russian blues train their owners rather than the owners training them, a legend that's been proven true time and again."

And interestingly enough, the name "Russian Blue" would mean the cat originated from Russia but no one knows for sure. It is believed to be originated from Archangel Isles, in North Russia.

According to the Cat Fanciers' Association, "the Russian blue breed descended from the cats kept by the Russian Czars. Assuming the Russian blue did migrate from northern Russia, it was likely via ship to England and northern Europe in the mid-1860s."

This breed sure has a royal history! Not that we're surprised. Just look how regal they look:

On this week of Animal Watch, we get to meet The Lykoi or as known in his other name, the wolf cat, a new breed of cat which has only been around for a few years now. Anneka describes herself as "wolf enthusiast" so she traveled to Liverpool to visit the first Lykois to be brought into the UK from the USA.
