Our users are the best! So many wonderful responses and photos, it was really difficult to simply sum it up into 25 images.  

We asked our Facebook users to share an image of their pet's reaction to their festive holiday decorations and the response was adorable and funny and adorably funny! It's been a long, weird year and we have to say thank you. A huge thank you to our beloved cats for keeping us sane during all these super weird times. What would we have done cooped up all day and night in lockdown without our animals to provide us with comfort? We don't even want to think what this year would've been like without them. 

This is a thank you to all the cats out there who didn't have to do anything but just be there. This medley consists of cat funnies, cat cuteness (naturally), some holiday cheer, and other adorable and silliness in-between. 

Give your pets some affection today to show them just how much you appreciate them. And to those who lost a pet this year, our hearts are with you and we are thinking about you. Your beloved pet may be gone but never forgotten. 

An adorable kitten has completely camouflaged herself in a jam-packed Christmas tree and she's actually quite difficult to spot! 

Introducing Moon, the feisty 13-week-old white British Shorthair who loves to climb and has amused people around the globe with her Christmas tree antics! Moon's owner, Sarah Nelson McGuiness, from Liverpool, has shared the image online and has seen gone viral. 

McGuiness told Daily Mail, "I shared it online for a bit of fun. Friends have messaged saying "please tell me where is she" because it was racking their brains. Some have spent over ten minutes looking for her and said it is driving them mad."

Truth be told, we had a lot of trouble ourselves spotting this camouflage master! McGuiness continued, "'If she isn't stealing the baubles to play with - she is up the tree. She's fell asleep in it a few times. I do take her straight out when I notice her in the tree because I would hate for her to fall. I think she likes being in the tree because she can see everyone but we can't see her."

It's absolutely no secret that we are a tad bit obsessed with seeing animals in various hats, it's just cute on cute and that double cuteness is too much to handle. This holiday season, we came across a very adorable tweet in which a Twitter user, @lenavalkyrie, accidentally googled "Santa Bats" instead of "Santa Bats." This little mishap led her to discover the cutest and most wholesome little gallery of tiny bats donning tiny hats!

Someone should tell the Grinch that all he truly needed to grow his heart was to look at these images because our hearts just grew 10x just looking at these images of bats!

'Tis the season! Thanksgiving is over and the holiday season is well on its way! We're seeing people put up their trees everywhere! And those who have cats know more than anyone how this next month will be.

The age-old classic, cats vs Christmas trees. It's a yearly segment that we never get tired of because there's always new and hilarious content out there of cats destroying or plotting to destroy that highly decorated tree. Will the humans win this year and have their tree up all season? Or are they simply doomed and their cats shall be the ones to decide their faith?

Sweet darlings cats, if there's one universal truth is that they have this need to be within that tree, they have a desire to attack those ornament, to take down the tree entirely. They can't help it, they are programmed to destroy that tree. Who was it that programmed that function is not known to us, but we have reason to believe it was a higher power.... ceiling cat, perhaps?

Getting gifts is great but giving gifts feels a whole lot more fulfilling! In this insanely adorable Twitter thread, user @averagediana shares a series of photos of her family giving their pet cat, Gus, a Christmas gift of $5. 

And even though, yes, Gus is a cat, and cannot do anything with the $5, it's the thought and sentiment behind it that counts. 

After the the tweet went viral, other users began sharing what their furbabies received for the holidays and it's simply too precious. 

Other users simply shared pics of their pets due to their uncanny resemblance to Gus himself! 

Either way, we're not complaining. We can look at cat pictures all day. And we do. 

Every year, every heckin' year. The tree goes up, then the chaos ensues and immediately comes back down. And if you're one of the lucky few, the damage is salvageable.

And every year, we see the drastic steps people have come to taken when it comes to protecting their tree. And every year, the pics just get funnier and funnier.
