Jeannie says: "This is my lovebird Merlin when she was a couple of months old. She definitely knows how to fluff up her feathers and show her best side to the camera!"

What a squee diva you are Merlin! You sure know how to strike a pose.

At first I thought this was a picture of a floofy, widdle duckling, but on closer inspection I noticed its unusual beak. Does anyone know what this exotic fluff-ball is?

What a heartwarming story! Thank you for saving our feathered friend!

"This baby humming bird was knocked out of a tree near my apartment. Some little boys were trying to feed him worms, so I took him home and made a batch of sugar water for his belly to nom. He was uber friendly and loved being held and licked sugar water out of my hand and off my fingers. I had him outside in a wicker basket overnight, and his mommy ended up coming back for him! True precious story! Highlight of my life."

These baby Snowy Owl chicks have lots of extra floof to keep them warm during harsh winters, and to look absolutely adorable.
