This is our wee Stormy Weather shortly after we rescued him. We first saw Stormy about midnight on a night with terrible storm. He was cowering in a bush and just screaming. I tired to get him but he dashed under our shed so the next day I set a humane trap with some tasty tuna and he took the bait. He was just a little thing and half starved, but he took to being a house kitty quickly. With his thundercloud gray fur and flashing lightning eyes we decided his name had to be Stormy Weather!
It's my cat (no special breed), named Franz Ferdinand - not sure, if because of the band or the archduke... Anyway, we call him Fedya. The first pic displays Fedya in the washing machine, which was his favourite hide-out during his first weeks at his new home. Now he's a six-and-a-half grown-up kitty, so we're not letting him in there... But seems he still likes it! :)
This is my baby named Teddy-Bear. The first pick is of him on the day we brought him home (at about 12 weeks old) sleeping next to a toy cat I have. The second is of him with the same toy in August this year, just a few months short of his 5th birthday. I can't believe he used to be that small!! <3 :)
