Behold: The Korbut Flip.

Named after Soviet gymnast Olga Korbut, the Korbut Flip involves standing on the high bar and performing a backflip, then regrasping the bar on the descent. The move was banned because it interrupts the rhythm created by swinging, but also because it's CRAZY DANGEROUS.
