Andy Murray tweeted this picture of his dogs looking like true Olympians. Word on the street is that they won the medals in Competitive Garden-Rolling. Team U.S.A. Tennis is up to it's knees in gold. After Bob and Mike Bryan won men's doubles on saturday, this win makes three gold medals in two days for the Americans.

The sisters have played in three Olympics together, winning gold medals in doubles in the 2000, 2008, and now 2012 Olympics.

This accomplishment is even more impressive considering the emotional and physical difficulties Venus has faced in the past year, who was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that causes fatigue. Venus says,

"Boy, was that a battle. That was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I really feel proud of what happened here at the Olympics."

Andy Murray lost at Wimbledon just a few weeks ago. Now he stands atop the world as an Olympic gold medalist, beating tennis legend Roger Federer in straight sets for the victory.

Murray's gold continues an historic Olympic Games for Team GB, who currently stand alone in third place in the medal count with 16 golds, most of which they won in the last two days.

Murray will play for a second gold later today in the mixed doubles as he looks to continue the phenomenal roll that the British have been on in the last 48 hours.
