From Logan's Youtube description: "Maggie, my 19-year-old rat terrier, woke me up early this morning with the most epic sneezing fit I've ever seen. Managed to catch the end of it on video (sorry for vertical). She's had some vestibular problems the past few years, so I'm holding her to keep her from slamming her old head into the floor with every sneeze."
Reddit couldn't help themselves with this photo of a cat sitting awkwardly on a step. Because how is that even comfortable, kitty? Do you have back legs? Are you a cat-loaf? Anyway, someone managed to fix the problem itself by making the cat stand up, but it's not nearly as funny as these other submissions. Enjoy!
The Village of Eastbound, Washington on Orcas Island has a 103-year-old whale running for honorary mayor. "Granny" as the killer whale is better known, has plenty of leadership experience. She is the leader of all pods of the Southern Resident Orca population, the only endangered species of killer whales.
Granny's competitors include one caique parrot and three canines. Votes cost $1 and all funds from the campaign and voting process will go to help support toddler and preschool programs at Orcas Island Children's House.
This cats name is Matilda and she has a genetic disorder called spontaneous lens luxation which has caused her eyes to become enlarged, glassy alien eyes. She has her very own website where her owners assure that she is being well cared for and regularly checked by a vet to make sure she is not in any pain from her condition.
Despite the otherworldy look of her eyes, she is not from outer space as far as her owners can tell. They should probably try to stay on her good side anyway... just in case.
