What started as an April Fools' Day joke for Serpukhov Museum turned into probably the best hiring decision the staff has ever made. Maray is a big orange cat with a 9 to 5 job. Kotleta (or Cutlet in English) lives in Russia with his incredibly talented human that specializes in photo editing. Cutlet is often the subject of these surreal photos which just makes them even more fun to look at.

There's also a precedence for trained animals in the Russian special forces. At least, according to the historically sound documentary video game Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2.
