Happy Halloween! One thing we absolutely adore is when animals get holiday or weather-related gifts or treats!

During the blasting heat of summer, we've seen zoos treat the animals with frozen popsicles specialized for each individual animal. It's thoughtful and delightful to see the animals nomming on their frozen goodies. This year, Brookfield Zoo in Chicago, Illinois, treated their animals to a Halloween treat! A pumpkin for them to eat, munch, play with, whatever they wish to do with it is completely up to them. Most of the animal's reaction to the pumpkin is just too good and will leave a giant smile plastered on your face.

Here's a message from Brookfield Zoo, this Halloween, "Everybody likes to carve their Halloween pumpkins differently. Some of us like to take our time, some just start ripping it apart, others like to work together, and some prefer to work alone. However you carve your pumpkin, #BrookfieldZoo hopes you have a Happy Halloween!"

What a young beauty! Introducing Ahava, a three-month-old female snow leopard cub that has made her public debut at the Brookfield Zoo in Illinois.

Snow leopards are one of the rarest wildcats to come across, sadly, only as few as 4,000 snow leopards still remain in the wild. They are often solidarity creatures, who can be referred to as the "ghost of the mountain," due to their scarce and elusive sightings.

Find out how you can help protect these elusive beauties and ensure their survival for generations to come at WWF
