Judy Muhe, 76, survived a near-fatal fall thanks to her two guardian angels, her dogs Higgins and Dodger. Judy lives by herself and has Parkinson's disease, after falling she could not get up on her own and drifted in and out of consciousness for two days until her friend Kathy came to check on her. Higgins and Dodger kept Judy warm and company until Kathy arrived. Judy, Higgins and Dodger are at home together after Judy received treatment for her injuries. Read the full story on ABC news.

He goes everywhere with the soon-to-be eight-grader [Rachel Benke], including accepting awards at school, celebrating birthdays, and even on the school track where he one day sprung into action. "Her aide was holding Taxi on the side and he just started pulling away from the aide as hard as he could trying to get to Rachel," [Theresa] Benke said. She said once they got her inside, Rachel had a grand mal seizure, and Taxi wouldn't leave the girl's side. "I don't know how Taxi new this, but he wouldn't let anyone near her until the paramedics arrived,"- KHOU 11.

Two kittens ran onto subway tracks in Brooklyn, and the MTA halted trains for about an hour as workers tried to corral the felines, witnesses and officials said. MTA also shut off power to the area so workers could go down and try to coax the kittens into carrying cases.

It wasn't known if the kittens were strays or pets.
