Villy says: "This is my baby, Tortolla. He's a Redfoot tortoise, and a spoiled one to boot! Raspberries are his favorite snack, but he refuses to eat them if they aren't fed to him by hand!!"

Tortolla must be hand-fed? Wow somebody really is a spoiled little turtle! But I'll forgive you on merit of how squeedorable you are.

I hate to tell you this widdle baby turtle, but you have flippers not wings. So while I don't think a turtle has ever flown before, maybe if you keep flapping you'll prove us wrong!
