NatureGeek24 says: "His name is Hoover, even though he's hardly bigger than a Dustbuster. He is a Yorkie/Lhasa mix who picked me and got rescued from the local C.A.R.E. shelter."

Love at first site, huh? Animals can be very intuitive, Hoover knew you'd make a good fur-parent!

MurderouslyNocturnal says: "This poor baby came in at the shelter covered in flees and all dirty. I gave her a nice combing and got rid of all of them nasty critters. Now she's living happily in a warm and loving home."

I bet little Xena, her new fur-parents, and all our readers are grateful for the hard work you did to save her.

Julie Wetzel says: "My blind, rescued, Norwegian Forest Cat. A real sweetheart! Squee!"

She might not be able to see us, but we can see her, and she is definitely a squee sweetheart!

Falindae says: "This is my family's beagle, Sir Bailey. He was rescued from a research laboratory and even though he was scared of grass at first... he LOVES it now!"

I'm so happy that Sir Bailey has a loving family now who takes good care of him, and that he is able to enjoy the simple pleasures in life like grass!

Little Louise fell out of a tree during a storm in Australia and then her mother rejected her. Luckily some very nice people found the baby koala and took care of her. The tiny cutie immediately caught the attention of The Daily Telegraph who shared her story and took these fabulous photos. You can follow Louise's journey over on the HKPS Koala Rescue Facebook page.
