I mean, I didn't realize taking a picture of myself in the mirror would be so difficult! Sure, lacking thumbs makes it a bit tough... but I figured if I used the timer on this camera then it wouldn't be that big of a deal! But the flash keeps going off before the shutter clicks and it scares the dickens out of me and then I can't concentrate on smiling and all my photos end up looking like this and it's just really really really frustrating!

Well, what do you think? Do they capture my essence well enough? I'm still learning how to use this new DSLR I just bought... the timer's a little weird, and the focus is hard to control given that I don't have opposable thumbs and whatnot... but on the whole I think these shots all came out quite nicely! Don't you?
