Ettenna says: "Our baby Chewy enjoying some dinner. Our brother found him in insulation while working on a house, two weeks old, tiny, weak and dehydrated. After a few close calls, he's doing just fine and terrorizes our four other kitties."

Awwww, your brother is my hero for the day, Ettenna! I'm so glad little Chewy got rescued and healthy thanks to the help of some lovely humans!

I don't believe we covered part one of Lil' Drac's story here on Daily Squee, but here's the synopsis: Amazing humans rescued this darling baby bat and nursed him back to health. As for part two... well, just watch the video and spend the rest of your day d'awwwwwwww-ing like I did.

This is our 5 week old kitten, Vette. My brother (a mechanic), was at work when someone started up the engine of a Corvette. Instantly, they started hearing worried little meows. They cut the engine off and found a small kitten, covered in grease. No one volunteered to take her home, so he showed up after work with this small, grease-covered kitten in his arms. We happily added this new pet to our household.

This little guy/girl darted under a coworkers car and crawled under the wheels, shaking. We got pretty dirty and some of us smellier than others, but we got it out and it scampered into the bushes to meet its momma.

I took this photo of Nillie, a lynx cub, at Borth Animalarium Wales where they take in unwanted exotic pets and zoo animals and look after them :)
